VoiceDESIGN Introduction

Welcome to VoiceDESIGN^TM

VoiceDESIGN^TM is a voice recognition program that works with several CAD
programs including Pro/ENGINEER^TM. The program allows you to activate the menu
structure by saying commands. VoiceDESIGN^TM goes beyond simply saying the menus
as they appear on the screen... it lets you say commands that involve multiple menu
picks such as:

    "Create Simple Round"
    "Delete Last Feature"
    "Create default datum planes"
    "Save and Purge"

VoiceDESIGN^TM allows you to define your own voice commands, and uses
Pro/ENGINEER's native mapkey macro language to execute them. The program also
gives audio feedback, stating the completion of a command or prompting the user with
what to do next.

Great gains in efficiency can be made because the software allows the user to remain
focused on the work piece rather than flipping back and forth between the menus and
the work piece.

The full version of VoiceDESIGN^TM contains voice libraries of over 1,200 commands,
allowing you to say virtually what ever comes to mind when you are using Pro/ENGINEER^TM.

VoiceDESIGN^TM currently works with all versions of Pro/ENGINEER^TM,
including 19, 20, and 2000i.
